Consul Assure's Principle Consultant was engaged with the University for 2 years in a programme management role to define and create a multifaceted programme of work that resulted in the migration of the clients strategic data centre, new data centre build and technology fit out, and implementation of a new cross campus fibre network.

The client relied in whole on Consul Assure's programme manager to ensure that projects and milestones were defined and successful and that the clients in house project management and technical teams were involved in the delivery.
The programme was a success and was the largest IT transformation initiative that the University has ever undertaken.
